Do you have a really good recipe for enchiladas? By all means, please share here!
I don't discriminate when it comes to enchiladas... I like ALL kinds.

I got two. One is easy peasy and the other is a bit more complicated but it is the damn best enchilada with red sauce I ever ate. I make Heather Mason's chicken enchiladas all the time- sour cream, cheese, yummy stuff! I'll bring the recipe to you next week when we do dinner. Heather is joining us!
